Does Oak Lawn Auto only work on European models?
No! At Oak Lawn Auto we are equipped and trained to work on ALL makes and models. We specialize in European automotive but work on all domestic vehicles as well.
Do I need an appointment to schedule a repair?
Nope, walk ins are welcome! Call our shop at (708) 424-2175 any time during business hours or visit us at 5759 W. 87th st [just west of central] and talk to one of our team members about getting your vehicle in for service.
How long will it take to fix my car?
Every repair is different. Most repairs can be done same day. Same day repairs depend on how busy we are at the shop and parts availability. We have a waiting room for our customers who would like wait for the repairs to be finished.
My check engine light is on, what do I do?
Your car's check engine/service light is an indication that something on your car is in need of servicing or repair. Getting your cars service light checked out quickly is the best way to avoid more damage and a more costly repair.
I have an after market extended warranty, do you accept those?
Yes! We accept all after market warranties. All you have to do is bring us the vehicle and a copy of your warranty contract and we'll take care of the rest! We bridge the communication between you and the warranty and deal with them directly. Drop off your vehicle and pick it up when it's done.
